My diamotay poems

Ice and Fire

Ice
Cold hard
Freezing hardening frosting
Wight alive burnt flickering
Burning surrounding enveloping
Hot colorful
Fire

Light and Dark

Light
Bright shiny
Shimmering shining glowing
Flaming bright, cold heartless
Creeping surrounding enveloping
Never ending
Darkens

Sector 8

It was a piece full afternoon, Sargent Mat a brown haired and red eyed man was on break. He had just made him self a coffee when the alarm went off. he ran towards his air speeder. the air speeder was like a helicopter with out blades/propellers. On one side was a plasma blaster were the door was meant to be. mat jumped in to the back and tolled Capetian holster to fly. Mat radioed command center and said “were in the air”. The ripely said “head to sector 8”. Mat said “what! we have to go to the waist lands”. Command center said “yes and your after that old Kyle again”. After a while they landed in the waist lands icy surface. Mat lept onto his ice moble. The ice moble was wight with a rapped fire plasma blaster on the front. Mat shot off scouting the wast land. After a while Mat saw a prawn like creature with arms and legs. the creatures legs were very spindly witch allowed him to move quickly. Mat started to move towards him. Sundly the creature sprinted off. Mat chaced after it. The race had started. Mat dodged around old ship wrecks and junk at 500km per hour. the creature pulled out a G5 plasma blaster and shot at Mat. Mats ice moble blew up. Mat lept behind a pile of junk. He snuck up be hind the creature and pulled out a hand gun. Mat lept on the creature and knocked him out. Back at the station they ran a quick investigation and found out that it was the long lost criminal kyle. They put him in prison for the rest of his life.

Review:who killed the electric car

walt: Describe how advancements in technology occur to meet a need or to solve a problem

1: what problems dose the electric car solve?

It solves pollution problems if every body drives one. If pollution is stopped less green house gases will go into the air.

2:who will benefit from the electric car?

The people in areas effected by pollution etc California, Arctic and Antarctic

3: what problems dose the electric car cause?

It can only go 60 km per charge and takes a long time to charge.

The electric car was invented 1996. Thousands of people wanted them in 2000 but G.M. refused to sell them.
G.M. said that the consumers were not buying them. That was proven wrong when the makers of the EV1 did a
test to see who wanted one. over 1 thousand people wanted one! But there were some problems, it could only go 60 km per charge and it took a long time to charge. I think that the EV1 is good because of the things it dose for the environment like helping prevent the ice from melting in the Arctic and Antarctic. It all so will help prevent lunge problems in pollution effected ares etc California. They are more expensive then your normal gas car but they go just as fast and are packed with features. Mechanics like servicing EV1's because they are clean and don't get you dirty. EV1's are a good as any other car just cleaner in many ways for the environment and people. I think that the EV1's should be thought of as a long term solution to global warming.

Camp

Camp activities are nearly always fun. One of the activities I found fun was survivor. My favorite part was were we had to move a kettle with a Crain. I had control of the hook up and down movement. I liked throwing mud balls at Tabitha. I didn’t hit here though.

Raft building was awesome. We won because the other teams raft fell apart in the water. We laughed at them as they fell in clear warm water. Before we pulled our raft in we all jumped off.

In sailing Mitch and me managed to fill our boat up with water and sink it. We were ok. The water was only ankle deep. But it was funny. After that I just swam in the water.

Archery was cool. I got 10 out of twenty points. I was surprised at how good some people were. The best score I saw was 16 out of 20.

It was sad mr crowhurst didn’t get any of it on film. The movies were still pretty good. I liked the day 4 one with all the people on the flying fox.

Camp has its activities which are boring too. One I found boring was the gun walk because when we were under ground we only got to go in the main chamber. The day was also to hot for the steep climb. Frisbee golf was boring because all you do is walk a round and throw a Frisbee at a post.

The food at camp was not filling. We got more seconds than firsts. The flavor was ok but the food I get at home

is better.

Overall I think camp is fun, well most of it is. I think camp is good because it pushes you to your limits in a fun way. When I got home I was tired but happy. All I can say now is that it is good to be home.
